Aisling Leonard-Curtin is a chartered psychologist, international speaker, trainer and author. She is a peer-reviewed acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) trainer and a functional analytic psychotherapy (FAP) trainer. Dr Trish Leonard-Curtin

Dr. Trish Leonard-Curtin is a psychologist, speaker, trainer and author. She loves learning the latest evidence-based therapeutic approaches and breaking these down into palatable chunks. She has trained in dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and functional analytic psychotherapy (FAP).
